This 1hr session is a traditional Thai style foot reflexology massage. 

Using plants, minerals and warm water we begin the session with a foot bath allowing you to soak. 

Our feet are like maps with pressure points of corresponding nerve endings that connect to different organs in our bodies. It is known you can heal and diagnose using the pressure points of your feet. Reflexology is an ancient practice with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. It  is a proven method that can treat neuropathy, improve circulation, stimulate your bowels and other numerous health benefits..... 

This is a focus on your feet, balancing the session in the traditional Thai style ending with shoulders, neck and head work.

This health consultation is an in depth session involving evaluation criteria to determine tissue states for underlying symptoms. Addressing all concerns and ailments this is a detailed way to fine tune remedies and/or treatments per personal body types and constitution. 

We will address lifestyle factors, sleep, movement, diet, trauma, purpose in life and many other key topics to finding the root cause.

I then craft and curate a wellness kit for your intentions, send you home with your medicines and tools to work with and then energetically hold space while you work with them daily for 2 weeks. I offer 2 weekly check-ins and can be available for any other consulting if needed.

Frequencies of sound can reach different parts of our being, our cells that trap memories, sometimes things we didn't even know we are holding onto. 

We all vibrate at different frequencies. Sometimes we need a little tune up. 

Sound holds such a powerful medicine that induces healing, resetting, clearing and cleaning. 

This session uses the frequencies of Tibetan bells, singing bowls, chimes, different percussion instruments- medicine drums, toning, solfeggio frequencies and singing traditional medicine songs. Each session is unique and fine tuned for the individuals. Limpias and clearings will be done during this session.

Also offering Charango sessions. (The charango is a 10 string instrument from the Andes of South America. )
