Created in 2020 to support your healing journeys. After studying Plant Medicines in the jungles of Peru for the last 6 Years. I've taken part in extensive Shamanic Initiations of plant medicine dietas that have been assigned by my Shamanic Teacher. This has been a foundation in the work I offer. This has been key in my personal healing journey.

I've studied Massage Therapy Internationally and completed many certifications in Chiang Mai Thailand at ITM- International Training Massage School in 2008. In 2016 I completed a 600hr Massage Practitioner Program at SFSM that has an emphasis on clinical applications. Anatomy based and western approaches. Ortho-bionomy, Swedish, Deep tissue and other specific modalities. In 2021 I completed The Vitalist Herbalist Practitioner Program with the Evolutionary School of Herbalism in Oregon. This excellerated program, has eastern principles with auryvedic approaches returning our clients back into their true vitality while addressing many factors like lifestyle, diet, sleep, movement and purpose in life. These guidelines are part of my evaluation criteria for my wellness consultations.
